Blacksheepauthentic provides creative consultancy services including brand storytelling, identity positioning, strategic messaging, and original content development. All services are delivered as described in the agreed project scope. No guarantees of specific business outcomes—such as revenue increases or market share—are made unless explicitly stated in a signed contract.
Clients agree to provide accurate, timely information and feedback necessary for project execution. Delays caused by incomplete or late client input may affect delivery timelines. Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing materials; deliverables created by Blacksheepauthentic are transferred upon full payment.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use deliverables for their intended purpose. Blacksheepauthentic reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place. Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our proprietary frameworks or methodologies is prohibited.
Blacksheepauthentic's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In case of termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Blacksheepauthentic may terminate immediately if a client breaches payment terms or confidentiality obligations.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect 30 days after posting on this page. Continued use of our services after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Clients will be notified via email of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blacksheepauthentic operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, with each party bearing its own costs unless otherwise agreed.
